4. Payments and Course Terms
- Payment for financial education courses is required according to the agreed payment schedule for each program.
- Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) incur a processing fee of 50% of the session cost.
- No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full session fee.
5. Refund Policy
At GrowCashPro, we are committed to student satisfaction and educational excellence. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Initial Learning Period: Students may request a full refund within 14 days of their first course session if they are not satisfied with our educational approach or methodology.
- Courses in Progress: For ongoing educational programs where sessions have begun but the course is not yet completed, we may offer a partial refund less the value of sessions completed and administrative expenses.
- Completed Courses: Once an educational program has been completed as outlined in the course agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to deliver agreed-upon educational content.
- Package Courses: For multi-session course packages, refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions remaining, minus a 20% administrative fee.
- Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@GrowCashPro.com with detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation.
- Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
We evaluate each refund request individually, considering the specific circumstances, learning progress, and our ability to provide alternative solutions to address student concerns.
6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
- We handle all personal data and educational information according to our Privacy Policy.
- Students agree not to share confidential information from courses without authorization.
- Recording of educational sessions or sharing access credentials is prohibited without written permission.
7. Changes to These Terms
